Light, fresh, and super easy to drink. Think lemon, honeysuckle, and if it’s a riper one, a touch of stonefruit or tropical fruit. Dry, with bright, zippy acidity and just a hint of creaminess to keep it interesting. Perfect chilled on a hot day.

Food Matches – Classic oyster partner, but honestly, it goes with pretty much any white fish, shellfish, or veggie dish. Even fried food gets a lift from its crisp, lively vibe.

Villa Blanche Picpoul de Pinet

Fresh, bright and super easy-drinking - think green apple, pineapple vibes with a little hit of dill and fennel. It all wraps up with this clean, mineral, slightly salty finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Domaine Reserve Delsol

From the legends at Foncalieu - these guys know their stuff - this one pours a golden hue with a little green shine. On the nose it’s all fruity and floral, with hints of hawthorn and lime blossom. Fresh, lively, nicely balanced acidity and a smooth, round finish.

2025 Yangarra 'Circle' Piquepoul

Super fresh and bright, with notes of snow pea, lemon zest, sea spray, and a hint of fennel and dill. Crisp, light-bodied, with mouthwatering acidity, a long salty-mineral finish, and a touch of Granny Smith apple skin for extra depth.
