Win a framed Wests Tigers Jersey with VB – The Sackville  

 

This document sets out the terms and conditions of entry and participation for the Solotel ‘Win a framed Tigers Jersey with VB’ promotion (Promotion).

 

The Promotion is conducted by Solotel Management Pty Limited as trustee for the Solotel Management Unit Trust ABN 85 498 091 676, whose registered office is at Level 2, 429 New South Head Road, Double Bay NSW 2028 (Promoter).

 

These terms and conditions of entry (Conditions of Entry) apply to the Promotion and, by submitting an entry, an entrant agrees to and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

This Promotion is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random by draw.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

  1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

     

  2. Employees of the Promoter or any relevant Solotel venue (and their immediate family members) are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

     

  3. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process.

     

  4. A qualifying purchase of a VB Jug from the Promoter during the Promotional Period is required to enter this Promotion.

 

 

ENTRY

 

  1. The Promotion commences at 12:00PM AEDT on 03/10/2025 and closes at 8:10PM AEDT on 05/10/2025 (Promotional Period).

     

  2. During the Promotional Period, any person that purchases a VB Jug, completes an entry form with their name and email address, and places the completed form in the barrel at The Sackville Sports Bar will be eligible to enter.

     

  3. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

     

  4. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity.

     

  5. Multiple entries per person are permitted.

 

 

PRIZES & WINNING

 

  1. The prize comprises 1 x framed Wests Tigers Jersey (Prize).

     

  2. The total prize pool value is $750.

     

  3. The Prize is as stated and is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

     

  4. The winner will be determined by a random draw conducted at The Sackville Sports Bar on Sunday 05/10/2025 during the half-time break of the NRL Grand Final, at approximately 8:10PM AEDT, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

     

  5. The winner must be present at the time of the draw and will have 10 minutes to present themselves to claim the Prize.

     

  6. The winner’s name will be published on The Sackville’s website and/or social media channels.

     

  7. If the first selected winner is not present, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at the same place, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

     

  8. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

     

  9. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

 

 

GENERAL

 

  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media network.  

     

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to require a winner to provide proof of identity satisfactory to the Promoter (in its sole discretion) before awarding the Prize.

     

  3. If required by legislation governing the conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter will provide details of the winners (such as the name and address) to any applicable government authority.

     

  4. The winners must comply with all reasonable directions or instructions of the Promoter in order to receive the Prize.  

     

  5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

     

  6. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.

     

  7. Subject to paragraph 25 and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability to the winners for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the winners, including any liability for personal injury or death, liability due to negligence of the Promoter or their personnel, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with the Promotion or the Prize Vouchers.

     

  8. The Promotion and these Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales.  The parties submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts about any proceedings in connection with this Promotion or the Conditions of Entry.  

 

 

PRIVACY

 

  1. The Promoter will collect the personal information provided by an entrant for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including providing any Prize Voucher to an entrant and to contact the entrant for promotional and marketing purposes, as described below.

     

  2. If an entrant does not provide the requested personal information, the Promoter will not be able to accept an entry as being a valid entry in the Promotion or allow an entrant to participate in the Promotion.

     

  3. By entering the Promotion an entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information for promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products, services and events, as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

     

  4. The Promoter may also disclose an entrant's personal information to the commercial partners of the Promoter relevant to the Promotion (including the relevant Solotel venue nominated by the individual). By entering the Promotion an entrant consents to the Promoter disclosing its personal information to such commercial partners and the commercial partners contacting the entrant (including for promotional and marketing purposes and/or to provide information about their products, services or events).

     

  5. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.solotel.com.au/privacy-policy or on request from the Promoter) states how an entrant can seek to access or correct their personal information held by the Promoter and how an entrant can make a privacy complaint to the Promoter. An entrant can contact the Promoter’s Privacy Compliance Officer at privacy@solotel.com.au.
