Terms and conditions – Sackville’s 12 Days before Christmas Promotion 2022
1.0 The promoter in Sackville Hotel ABN 82 009 604 719, Rozelle NSW.
2.0 Standard Terms – information on how to enter the 12 days before Christmas Promotion is located on the entry form. All fields on the entry form must be completed to be valid.
3.0 Who can enter –Subject to clause 2.0, entry is open to all residents of Australia over 18years of age. Employees of the promotor and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4.0 How to enter. To be eligible to enter the entrant must make a purchase from the shop during the entry period. Using a QR code, entrants must scan and then complete their name, email address and tick box that confirms their eligibility on the entry form. Entries close at close of trade on each day. All 12 prizes will be drawn on 24 December. Winners will be contacted privately via email.
5.0 prizes. There will be 12 separate prizes, each valued at approximately $1000. Prizes are still being collected and will be confirmed in more detail before promotion start date.
5.3 prizes cannot be exchanged for any other items including cash.
5.4 Prize value is approximate and promotor is not liable to any variance in value or content.
6.0 How to win.
6.1 there are 12 winners to be drawn on 24 December. Winners will be notified via email or phone by 12 noon on the date of the draw. The promoters decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result
7.0 No liability. The promoter will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur as a result of the competition, or in the use of the prize awarded.
