Terms and Conditions - 12 Days of Prizes
1.0 The promoter in The Sackville Hotel ABN 82 009 604 719, Rozelle NSW. NSW permit number LTPS/19/39827
2.0 Standard Terms – information on how to enter the 12 days of Prizes promotion is located on the entry form. All fields on the entry form must be completed to be valid.
3.0 Who can enter – Subject to Clause 2.0, entry is open to all residents of
Australia over 18years of age. Employees of the promotor and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4.0 How to enter - Each of the 12 days of the promotion are run as separate competition entries. There are 12 prizes in total, one for each of the 12 days. Entry on a given day is only for that specific day's prize and not transferrable for any other prize pool. Promotion will commence at 10am on 12th December, running for 12 days and finishes on 23rd December at 10pm. The prize for each of the 12 entry pools will be drawn at 10.05am on the morning after that particular pool has closed. To be eligible to enter the entrant must make a purchase from the shop on the day of the entry period. Entrants must complete their name, email address and tick box that confirms their eligibility on the entry form and place in the box in store to be in the chance to win. Entries close at close of trade on each day
5.0 Prizes- There will be 12 separate prizes, each valued between $200 and $500
Prize 1 4 Pines Brewery prize pack - containing 2 mixed cases of beer plus various merchandise apparel (valued at $300)
Prize 2 Wine pack #1 - containing approximately 18 bottles of mixed white and red wines (valued at $500)
Prize 3 Craft Beer Pack #1 (mixed suppliers) – mixed beers and merchandise apparel (valued at $500)
Prize 4 Champagne Pack #1 - Jacquart BdB, Jacquart Brut, Rotari Brut, Rotari Rose, glassware and ice bucket (valued at $300)
Prize 5 Pirate Life Brewery prize pack - containing 2 mixed cases of beer plus various merchandise apparel (valued at $300)
Prize 6 Wine pack #2 - containing approximately 18 bottles of mixed white and red wines (valued at $500)
Prize 7 Pig in the house - 5L bottle of shiraz wine (valued at $200)
Prize 8 Gin Lovers Pack 2 bottles of Gin - Carton Fevertree Tonic Water (valued at $200)
Prize 9 Carlton United Brewery prize pack - containing 2 mixed cases of cider plus various merchandise apparel (valued at $300)
Prize 10 Wine pack #3 containing approximately 18 bottles of mixed white and red wines (valued at $500)
Prize 11 Craft Beer Pack #2 (mixed suppliers) – mixed beers and merchandise apparel (valued at $500)
Prize 12 Champagne #2 – Gardet – Premier Cru, BdB, Millisime Rose 2012, Millisime Brut 2004 and glassware (valued at $400)
5.1 Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other items including cash. 5.2 Prize value is approximate and promotor is not liable to any variance in value or content.
6.0 How to win. 6.1 there are 12 winners to be drawn, one for each day from the 13th December and the final winner drawn on 24th December. Each winner will be drawn at 10.05am on the draw date by the store manager. Winners will be notified via email or phone by 12 noon on the date of the draw. The promoters decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
7.0 No liability. The promoter will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur as a result of the competition, or in the use of the prize awarded.
